Configuration Manager 2012 - Migrated Software Updates Bug

Issue that seems to be a bug in ConfigMgr 2012 when migrating Update Lists, Deployment Packages and 2007 advertisements to 2012 deployments.
When you activate the deployments in 2012, the clients will come back with “failed to install updates - unknown error (2016410860)”. This is for clients that should already have the updates installed and should simply return with compliant.
If you simply take the Software Update Group (formerly Update List), redownload the updates and create a new deployment package. Deploy the newly download updates and the clients will all come back compliant.
