Configuration Manager 2012 Console Crashes

The ConfigMgr 2012 console is much more stable than the MMC version we had in 2007. The product team worked very hard to make sure we had a reliable console. In the event that you do experience any crashes, please follow the below steps and submit the feedback on Microsoft Connect so that they can address and resolve any issues.

When console crashes, do not close the application but rather leave it in the hung state

Open task manager;

Find the Microsoft.configurationmangement.exe process,

Right click and select create dump file
- Open feedback item on Microsoft Connect and attach dump.
